Wide-field cortical imaging

mini-mScope

Objective Biotechnology’s mini-mScope enables whole brain imaging in freely behaving rodents:

  • Image a wide field of view: up to 8mm x 10 mm of the dorsal cortex

  • 17 micron resolution

  • Pair functional imaging experiments in with behavioral measurements
